The client agrees to pay the products contracted to PushGetUp® in the forms of payment accepted by PushGetUp® and for any additional amount (including taxes and late fees, as the case may be).


The prices applicable to each product are those indicated on the website on the date of the order, including, where appropriate, all of them VAT (Value Added Tax) for transactions within Spanish territory. However, according to the provisions of Law 37/1992, of December 28, regulating said tax, the operation may be exempt or not subject to it depending on the country of residence of the buyer and the condition in which it acts (employer / professional or individual). In general, unless there are holidays involved, PushGetUp® follows this rule to assign you a delivery date that will be the closest it can offer:


If the product is in stock, the order will be sent within a maximum period of 4 working days from the moment the order is processed, to the delivery address indicated by the client and delivered within the term stipulated by the service of Correos. If there were any unforeseen events in the delivery of the order, PushGetUp® would contact you through your email address, which was requested when registering on the web, to find a solution. Alternatively, PushGetUp® could contact you by phone, if you had provided it, or directly attempt a second delivery at the address provided. In the event that the product has not been contacted or delivered on the first or second visit, the customer will be responsible for contacting the corresponding Post Office and will assume the additional costs that successive deliveries may entail. 



CORREOS (Spanish shipping service)

Correos is the only transport company used by PushGetUp®.



The products are properly packaged so that they arrive in perfect condition. However, if a serious manufacturing defect can be proved, PushGetUp® undertakes to replace the defective product.

Prices for the Services may change at any time at PushGetUp®'s sole and exclusive discretion. The Services do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of price reductions or promotional offers.



Cancellations and / or returns will only be accepted under the following terms:


- Cancellation

The customer may cancel their order and request a full refund of the amount if it has not yet been sent. To do this, you must contact PushGetUp® as soon as possible and never within a period of more than 24 hours, by sending an email to and providing your information and order number.


- Returns

PushGetUp® product selection, preparation and packaging processes are very strict and guarantee that they are shipped without defects. Check carefully that the seals that close your package have not been modified or damaged.

- Returns of packaged products will not be accepted when they have been opened and / or handled, and they do not keep the original packaging. In the case of the Familyverse card game, returns will not be accepted if the plastic that seals the card box has been tampered with.


Returns of orders will only be accepted with evidence of having been damaged in transport or with serious manufacturing defects. Any claim must be made at the same time the order is received.


If the product arrives in poor condition, PushGetUp® will assume the shipping costs incurred for the return, as long as the products are in their original packaging and have not been opened or handled.

The right of withdrawal may not be exercised (except for an error or defect in the product or service contracted), in the following cases provided for by article 45 of the Trade Law:

● Contracts for the supply of sound or video recordings, discs and computer programs that have been unsealed by the consumer, as well as computer files, supplied electronically, capable of being downloaded or reproduced immediately for permanent use.

● And in general all those products ordered remotely that are made to measure: clothing, photographic development, etc., or that are susceptible to copying (books, music, video games, etc.).



The client will have the right to withdraw from the contract for a period of 14 calendar days without indicating the reason and without incurring any cost other than those provided for in articles 107.2 and 108, in accordance with the provisions of BOE-A-2014-3329. To exercise this right, a form is provided where the necessary data for its management can be completed.


How to return products in accepted cases of withdrawal: To return a product in the cases foreseen and accepted by this withdrawal policy, the following instructions must be followed:

The return costs will be paid by the customer. The refunds of the amounts will be made within a period of 14 calendar days following the date on which PushGetUp® receives the returned product (s) at the specified address.


PushGetUp® will proceed to the reimbursement in the form of payment that the customer has used when placing the order, and said reimbursement will be subject to the right of PushGetUp® to withhold amounts for the returned products that present damage. PushGetUp® will refund the amount paid for the returned product (s) minus shipping costs (if applicable).
